Bob Jones (Elisabeth Eichler) studied Literature in Montpellier and Photography in Berlin and Leipzig. As an artist, translator and writer, she regularly moves places and exhibits all around the world. From a queer feminist perspective, Bob Jones' photo and video works subvert assigned body and gender roles to acknowledge diverse shifts and shades of identity. Jones combines observations made through her analogue long-term project Wanderkamera with research on digital and algorithmic power systems to analyze transitional and transformational settings of social interaction.
